This 50,000 sq.ft. center is located on Route 6, at the intersection of the I-95 connector,
in the middle of the Fairhaven retail corridor. I-195 is the major highway connecting
Providence, RI and Cape Cod.
The center is anchored by Staples and Dollar Tree. It is “shadow” anchored on one side by
a Big Kmart and on the other by Shaw’s Supermarkets.
Other area retailers include Walmart, Stop & Shop, Marshalls and West Marine.
