Stateline Plaza is located just north of I-495 on the Massachusetts - New Hampshire border.  As the first property over the state line, it is the only one with access off of NH Routes 125 and 121.

An extensive expansion and redevelopment program for this center is due to be completed in 2009. Shaw's and CVS have opened newly-constructed stores, joining TJ Maxx as anchor tenants, along with T-Mobile, Petco (opening winter 2010), GameStop, Great Clips and Grande Mexico. A new building with a signature clock tower is under construction.

Area retailers also include Kohl’s, Home Depot, Walmart, Market Basket and Staples.
