This center, due to open in 2010, is advantageously located at Exit 31 off of I-84, connecting it to West Street (Highway 229).  It serves a central Connecticut market between Hartford and Waterbury, as well as through traffic beyond those areas.  I-84 was recently expanded and new traffic counts are not yet available; daily traffic counts from 2000 indicate approximately 24,800 vehicles per day travel this section of Highway 229.

The anchors are Target and Lowe’s.  Other anchors in Southington include Home Depot (2), Wal-Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Stop & Shop, Price Chopper, TJ Maxx and Staples.
